Photograph of 3 men, 2 women on porch of Washington's Headquarters [also known as the Elijah Miller House; headquarters for George Washington during the Battle of White Plains, October 28, 1776], with a sign announcing its enrollment in the National Register of Historic Places, Sept. 29, 1976. Note in inventory says plaque was stored in Muscoot Barn so photograph may not be from September 1976 unveiling itself. This may explain why individuals shown appear to be dressed for winter, rather than September, weather. Westchester County Executive Alfred DelBello is man on the far left.
